Investment Focus
Azzurro is dedicated to working with entrepreneurs who have the drive and ability to build world-class companies that can become global players in their market.

Geographic Focus
Our focus is on central Europe. Our headquarters location in Zuerich allows us to reach most European destinations within a few of hours.

Sectors
We focus on investing in new economy and information technology especially in the mobile space. These are markets in which we have direct experience and where our advisors, partners and our networks can bring significant value-added to our portfolio companies.

Preferred Stage of Investment
Our initial investment focus is on series A and seed rounds. We also like to participate in follow-on investments at later stages for companies that successfully execute their business plans.

Investment Size
Our typical seed investment size is € 50.000 to €250.000 although we have already invested a few millions in one company as well. We prefer to take lead positions and an active board seat, supporting the management team with whatever resources and skills are required to succeed.

Number of Investments
Currently we are investing at a rate of 1 to 2 new investments a year. We also make follow-on investments in companies already within our portfolio.
