Beginning of 2008 Azzurro purchased a factory building in Vienna - originally built in 1960 and situated close to Schšnbrunn Palace and Gardens in the 15th district. It has been comprehensively renovated and converted to individual lofts of a very high standard - as far as possible in keeping with the original styling and aesthetics of the swinging sixties. The building now contains 10 lofts, 8 with balconies and/or terraces, 4 with roof gardens with direct private access, 6 parking spaces and storage rooms in the basement. The lofts are being rented.
