Vienna based ucp morgen used to be Azzurro's main investment and Azzurro helped to grow this company since inception in 2001. ucp morgen grew to one of Europe's leading mobile software companies with its product CDP (Content Delivery Platform), allowing operators and portals to efficiently sell mobile goods to end-consumers. ucp morgen attracted large global companies as customers (like Yahoo or T-Mobile T-Zones). In January 2005 the shareholders of ucp morgen sold the company to Qpass Inc. to create a leading global player. The brand ucp morgen was retired then, the team and the products fully integrated into Qpass Inc. (www.qpass.com)
